The IAFCS is proud to have developed the only professional certification program available in the childproofing industry. In recognizing the experienced babyproofer, the Board of Certification for Professional Childproofers seeks to inspire professionals to provide superior safety services and to continue to develop expertise in the industry of professional childproofing.
When seeking the Certified Professional Childproofer or Advanced Certified Professional Childproofer designations, individuals must meet specific criteria and qualifications that demonstrate their levels of knowledge and expertise. The certification program incorporates all aspects of the childproofing industry, including field service, safety standards, injury prevention, and knowledge of safety products and installation. The CPC program is an experienced-based certification and does not certify an individual upon completion of a course.
